"EVERYTHING HOMEMADE AND NATURALLY SOURCED"

TERRA TRATTORIA IS AN ITALIAN CATERING SERVICE WHICH STARTED AS A FOOD STALL AROUND LONDON MARKETS, FESTIVALS AND EVENTS IN 2020 BEFORE FINDING A STOREFRONT HOME IN 2021. NOW, IN 2023, TERRA OPERATES AS A THRIVING CATERING SERVICE AROUND THE WORLD. SINCE OUR INCEPTION, WE HAVE TAKEN GREAT PRIDE IN NOT ONLY OUR FOOD BUT ALSO OUR ETHOS: EVERYTHING IS MADE BY THE OWNERS HANDS AND ALL INGREDIENTS COME FROM THE EARTH. ALL OF OUR DISHES ARE LOVINGLY HOMEMADE AND BURSTING WITH FLAVOUR, WHETHER IT'S OUR HANDCRAFTED PASTAS, RAGUS, RISOTTOS, FOCCACIAS, ANTIPASTI SHARING BOARDS OR DESSERTS. EVERYTHING IS SOURCED LOCALLY WITH THE EXCEPTION OF OUR CHEESES WHICH ARE SOURCED DIRECTLY FROM ITALY. NOT ONLY THAT, ALL OF OUR FOOD IS ENTIRELY VEGETARIAN/VEGAN.

ALEX AND HANNAH MET ON A FULL MOON EVENING IN 2020. BOTH HAD GROWN UP IN THE COUNTRYSIDE, HANNAH IN CAMBRIDGESHIRE SURROUNDED BY FIELDS AND ALEX IN ITALY ENVELOPED BY MOUNTAINS AND A LAKE, BEFORE FINDING EACH OTHER IN LONDON. FUELLED BY A PASSION FOR LIFE, LEARNING AND LOVE, THEIR LIVES COLLIDED IN A BEAUTIFUL WAY AND SOON THEY VENTURED INTO BUSINESS TOGETHER. ALEX BEING THE "BRAINS" AND HANNAH BEING THE "HANDS" - SHE THREW HERSELF INTO A PASTA MAKING COURSE WHICH TOOK OVER EVERY WAKING MOMENT, EXPERIMENTING AND PRACTICING THE CRAFT CONTINUOUSLY WHILST ALEX GOT THE GEARS IN MOTION TO START A LOCAL DELIVERY BUSINESS DURING THE UK LOCKDOWNS. THIS SOON EVOLVED INTO A FOOD STALL AT STREET MARKETS, EVENTS AND FESTIVALS BEFORE THEY OPENED A TERRA RESTAURANT IN LONDON. NOW THEY FOCUS ON PROVIDING PREMIUM CATERING SERVICES ACROSS THE BOARD.

TERRA IS A TRATTORIA. ITS RUSTIC, HANDMADE FOOD EXPLODING WITH FLAVOURS THAT AIM TO MAKE YOU FEEL AT HOME WHILST PROMOTING ETHICAL, SUSTAINABLE COOKING.
